Party for a Purpose

 Join us for Mira's Grease Event on November 9, 2024, from 5-8pm at BHAWK Distillery and get ready for an unforgettable evening of fun, music, and retro vibes!  Enjoy live performances of iconic hits from the Grease movie by Miah & Daniel, while snacking on delicious finger foods. Drinks will be available for purchase, and there will be a costume contest and a raffle! Kick off the evening with a car show from 5-6pm, showcasing some amazing rides. 

The theme of Mira's Grease event is a fun and nostalgic throwback to the 1950s, inspired by the iconic movie Grease. Guests are invited to channel their inner "T-Bird" or "Pink Lady" by dressing up as their favorite Grease characters or in classic 1950s attire. The event will capture the vibrant energy and rock 'n' roll spirit of the era with live music from the Grease soundtrack, a classic car show, and a lively costume contest. From the music to the outfits, this event will transport attendees to the golden age of sock hops, poodle skirts, leather jackets, and vintage cars, creating a night full of retro charm and fun! 

 Mira's Secret Speakeasy event was held on July 20, 2024, from 5-8pm at the 1901 Lounge in the Jefferson Inn. It was a night of 1920s glamour and jazz, all for a great cause! 

The theme of Mira's Secret Speakeasy event revolves around the Roaring '20s era, also known as the Jazz Age. This theme captures the essence of prohibition-era America, characterized by jazz music, flapper fashion, speakeasies, and a lively social scene. Guests are encouraged to dress in their best Roaring '20s attire, featuring flapper dresses, suits with suspenders, fedora hats, and accessories like feather boas and pearls. The event decor and ambiance will also reflect this glamorous and nostalgic era, creating an immersive experience reminiscent of the lively underground speakeasy culture of the 1920s.
